Position Overview:

We currently have openings for several English and French speaking Service Specialist, Travel positions in our Kanata, ON, Sherbrooke, QC, Langley, BC or St. John’s, NL office locations. Primary responsibilities include providing excellent client service to members on their insurance requirements, specifically related to travel operations, using established procedures in a fast-paced computerized environment.

Who you are

You are a high performer who delivers more than what is expected, who provides excellent service by understanding customers' needs. You are a dedicated team player with superb communication skills both verbally and written. You are able to multi-task and have good organizational skills. If this sounds like you, you could be the next Service Specialist, Travel professional to join the Travel Operations Team.

What you will achieve in this role

We will provide extensive on-the-job training. You will also enjoy a competitive salary, immediate benefits and other attractive rewards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a requirement for this position. The successful candidates will be required to obtain their Accident and Sickness License, LLQP and/or RIBO License. Preference will be given to candidates holding an Accident and Sickness License.

What you bring to this role

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Be customer obsessed
• Team Player
• Bilingual in French would be considered an asset
• Experience in the Travel industry would be an asset
• A&S, LLQP or RIBO designation would be an asset
• Flexible to work a rotating schedule
